Come Near

"[You] Meeting with Me always brings joy to my heart. You are My precious child, a delight to Me. You are the apple of My eye and My pearl of great price. It brings joy to My heart when you pull away and come into My presence. You are always welcome, Child."

"The distractions you experience are meant to woo you away from My presence, to woo you so far away that you cannot find your way back. It is a tool of your enemy. My child, I always know where you are. You cannot escape My gaze. The enemy will tell you that you have strayed too far, that I don't care, that I have forgotten you. Those are lies. Seek My truth."

"I will never leave you nor forsake you. I love you, Child. I will call your name and lead you back into My presence where I wait with open arms. Do not hesitate to draw close to Me. I will always welcome you home. When you have tasted and seen that I am good, your heart will rejoice the closer you get to Me, to home."

"Come, Child, commune with Me. Draw near; stand firm against the distractions and the temptations to do life on your own. Marvelous blessings await you here in My presence. Come, Child, don't hesitate. I'm waiting for you with open arms. I am your loving, heavenly Father. Come! Come singing the song in your heart. I have put that song there. Let it ring out in praise. See how it brings you strength and joy. Again, I say, 'Come'." 10/12/2025

Often times, I don't feel worthy to hear the things our Lord has on His heart. It is especially true when my life has been overly demanding, and I've given in too many times to distractions. I realize I haven't slowed down enough to hear Him. Then, I realized that I am never worthy enough. "Hearing" is simply a truth He states in His word. (John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice...) He continues to bestow great grace upon His imperfect me and you. What an awesome God we serve! Thank you, Lord.
