Have you been seeking for ways to approach a current challenge?

"Pick up your sword and shield and walk the path I have put before you. Don't look to the right or to the left. Keep your focus on that which intersects your path. [Don't get distracted and look away from that which I place before you.] I have told you before. I plan the way; I make the way. Keep in step with Me. I am the way."
"Don't fear. You will experience new things on the path We travel. You were fitted for these things. Don't not fear. I am with you. Have confidence in your Lord. Trust Me. The journey is long and the rewards are great."
"Follow My lead and do not doubt. Expect new things. Follow the lead of My Holy Spirit. You are fitted, well-suited, for those things I have allowed on your path. It's a path to freedom, a path to find purpose and meaning. Your destiny lays along this path. So, boldly follow. Trust. Obey. Make the difference you were created to make. I have spoken." The above is a special message from the Lord. I had just determined to spend more time with Him - as He has previously encouraged us to do - to gain some strategic insights for a situation I was facing. Within a split second of that thought forming, it was interrupted by seemingly unrelated thought-words. I knew they weren't mine. "Pick up your sword and shield". I knew He had more to add. I am more than amazed at His loving kindness to give such a "heads-up" with just a thought! I want to encourage you to accept the invitations He has given you. He has great things in store for all of us. (Note: The brackets above represent my efforts to make His intent more understandable. I was challenged to put words to the impression I was given.)
