Praise and Thanksgiving - A Psalm

He is worthy of all our praise!

You are Lord. You are the God of the universe. You rule and reign with the rod of love and justice. You are high and lifted up, and Your royal train fills the temple. Holy are You, Lord, and righteous. You are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory. You make the hind to calve and the cedars to clap their hands. You are Lord of all! You are marvelous and majestic - beyond our understanding. You see the hearts of the people and love us anyway. Always, You are wooing us closer to Yourself, to Your heart, into Your presence.

I give You praise. I offer thanksgiving for the help You have given to me in times of troubles and trials. You are always with me. You have never forsaken me nor left me to fend for myself. Your mercy has covered my worst shortfall - my sin, to be more precise. Thank you. Thank you for Your grace, Your mercy, Your forgiveness, Your love, Your patience, peace, and joy. I am truly blessed - blessed far beyond what I deserve or should expect.

Lord, I walk this life out counting on You to lead me into the destiny You have orchestrated for me since before my physical conception. I humbly come before You declaring my total dependence on

You. You are my lifeline. I love you, Lord. It is my great honor and privilege to serve You and the Kingdom of God. Take my life and let it be consecrated to Thee, almighty God, Lord of Lords, and King of Kings. Amen. (05/06/2021)

Sometimes, one just has to take the time to let the Lord know how He has blessed our lives. Yes, He knows our thoughts, but we need to lay it out before Him for our own benefit. Have you taken the time to write out what He means to you? What He's done for you? Has it been recently? You know, as time and circumstances change, He will show you different facets of His love and care. You will want to note your own thoughts of His faithfulness. Let me encourage you to write your own psalm today. Let your soul bless the Lord; He'll love it!
