God's love reaches out to even those who are not searching for Him.
Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice..." John 10:27
"Look to Me your creator and Lord. Look upon My countenance and see the love I have for My people - My children. Look and see. Understand the way that I, your Lord, have loved you by sending My only son to bridge the separation between a holy God and a sinful people. See My love reaching out even to those who are not searching for Me."
